Deposit

The reservation will become binding for us, after our availability confirmation and only after the receipt of a down payment of 40% of the full amount via wire transfer or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).

Payment

We ask to pay the remaining amount at the reception on the day of arrival. We accept cash (up to €999.00), credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) or debit cards. In case of payment by bank transfer, the payment should reach us at least one day before arrival.
10% discount for pre-paid holiday: Discount of 10% in case of payment of the total amount via wire transfer or credit card (Visa/MasterCard) no later than 3 days from the date of our confirmation.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation or no-show, the down payment will not be refunded.

Local tax

For every person over 14 years, a local overnight tax of €2.10 per person/night is to be paid. This fee is not included in the total amount of your stay and is only payable on site.
